Return/Credit Policy

All merchandise purchased from the Flying Dutchman Liquor Store may be returned to the store within 7 days of receiving it, in new condition unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

Perishable Items
Customers must notify us of any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective Merchandise
Upon delivery of the order, the customer has 24 hours to report defective products to the Flying Dutchman. If the product is defective, the customer may return the merchandise for replacement.

Returns Exceptions

Here are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to a Flying Dutchman Liquor store for a full store credit or replacement.

Canceled, Returned, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
In the event that you cancel or return an order after it has been placed or if an order is refused or undeliverable, a credit will be issued back to the original payment source, less any shipping and handling charges and a 2% restocking fee. Any super premium item is subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

To return an item to a store:
Bring the item you wish to return along with all original receipts and packaging. If you do not have the original receipt, you can print out the Order History for the item you are returning.

Billing/Order and Cancellation Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our internal audit department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
